Home beyond the sea...

home beyond the sea

Beyond the Sea

"Beyond the sea, beyond the sea,
My heart is gone, far, far from me;
And ever on its track will flee
My thoughts, my dreams, beyond the sea.

Beyond the sea, beyond the sea,
The swallow wanders fast and free:
Oh, happy bird! were I like thee,
I, too, would fly beyond the sea.

Beyond the sea, beyond the sea,
Are kindly hearts and social glee:
But here for me they may not be;
My heart is gone beyond the sea. "

(Thomas Love Peacock)

I like the reflections on the wave in the water. It depicts movement, and gives the photo life. Well done.

This photo reminds me a song...

"Somewhere beyond the sea,
Somewhere waiting for me,
My lover stands on golden sands,
And watches the ships that go sailing..."

It's a lovely song called "Beyond the Sea". You should listen to it. :)

My home is somewhere beyond the sea too, where I am not seen as an undesirable foreigner, nor my family is. I wish they had told me before I came that they don't want any foreigners here. I loved the photography and the idea. Now, lets sail home! With love.

Webruci, el poema y la foto se conjugan; alguien dejó su corazón más allá del mar...
Me encanta el contraste de oscuridad y luz, uniste el cielo y el mar.
Resultado, un post muy bonito.
Un beso
