Hi, my dear friends :)
I'm just back after a bad month, full of problems. One of them, I have a biceps strain in my right arm which has practically limited me to do all the tasks with my left hand. This is a nightmare, because I can't work, not even in computer or with my camera, and is a long way to be able to return to my gardener job :( I don't know yet if I need the surgery intervention or not, I just hope to be able to have my arm in 100% condition.
Now I can do few hours in computer and I will try to come back to blogger using oldest pictures.
I have missed all of you:)

I must tell you that I going to Portugal in august for climbing som deep-water soloing in Sagres..can not wait to see the gorgeous beaches and rocks.

Have you tried physical therapy for the biceps strain? think of the snail.... slow & steady. it's not fun having an injury... hope it heals without surgery!
